As a keynote speaker at conferences for men and women, Nancy has inspired hundreds of people to realize
the hope and purpose God has for their lives. Her passion is to share the hope found in God’s calling
for everyone, regardless of past mistakes, painful disappointments, broken hearts, or personal failures.
Nancy founded “Heartsight Ministries” to encourage men and women to view God, themselves, and others
based on scriptural truth, rather than on the world’s view or their own past experiences.
The Lord has given Nancy a burden to inspire others to discover the hope, power, and inheritance that
God gives to all who believe. Nancy’s desire is to praise God for the supernatural healing He has performed
in her life. As a young girl who experienced trauma in losing an eye, stuttering, and sexual abuse,
then in her adult years of divorce, single-parenting, remarriage, marital unfaithfulness, and step-parenting,
God has remained the strength that has given her HOPE!
Nancy is an experienced key-note speaker, a dynamic workshop leader and an inspiring Bible teacher.
For over twenty years, Nancy has been involved in women’s ministry, most recently as the director at First
Baptist Church, Cabot, Arkansas for the past five years. She has led Christmas Gatherings, FAITH teams,
facilitated Divorce Recovery groups and is a women’s Bible study facilitator. Nancy has coordinated women’s
ministry leadership workshops in Arkansas, and served as the state coordinator for the Women of
Faith conference in 2000. In addition to women’s ministry, Nancy co-leads an adult Bible study class with
Chuck, and together they lead groups focusing on marriage, blended families, and mentoring couples in
crisis. Nancy has developed a workshop, “Building an AWESOME Women’s Ministry”, to train and provide
encouragement for women in other churches.
Nancy is a trained Precept Bible Leader, a graduate of CLASS (Christian Leaders, Authors, and Speakers
Seminar), and is pursuing a women’s ministry study at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Professionally,
she is a graduate from Park University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology, a Registered
Nurse and a Certified Diabetes Educator. Nancy is married to Chuck, and their blended family includes
daughters and daughters-in-law Julie, Kari, Nina, Tiffany, Bridgett; sons and son-in-law Chuck, Chris, Aaron,
Ryan, Johnathan; grandchildren, Jessica, Edward, Isabella, Aden, Gabriel, and more on the way!

Nancy is a gifted and versatile speaker and is glad to present the subject of your choice. The following are
a few of the most requested topics:
Changing the Way I Look Changes My World: Do I view God, myself, and others based on the world’s view,
past mistakes or decisions, experiences, and relationships, and physical eyesight? Does the past and the world’s
influences determine my behavior, attitudes, and future? Focusing on the Truth, impossibilities become reality,
mistakes are forgiven, love is unconditional, and grace is freely given. Based on Ephesians 1:18
“One Woman’s Story”: A personal testimony of the healing Nancy experienced from stuttering, losing an
eye, sexual abuse, divorce, daughter’s teenage-pregnancy and choice of adoption, remarriage, blended
family, and marital infidelity. This is a story of God’s supernatural healing and reconciliation. Her testimony
will inspire, encourage, and motivate you to live by faith regardless of your circumstances.
Divorce, Remarriage, and a Blended Family: “Horror Story or Love Story”? How to deal with divorce,
remarriage, and blending a family? God’s forgiveness and grace led Nancy to witness healing, and restoration.
Share the laughter of the horror stories, and tears of a love story, unwrapped, transparent, and still
being written.
Developing an “AWESOME” Women’s Ministry: Presented in workshop or conference format, encourage
the women of your church or state to become involved in women’s ministry or as an encouraging boost
for an existing ministry!
The BLT Diet: What are the three most important things in a woman’s life? Beauty, Love, and Talk!! Unhealthy
portions can get us off track in our spiritual journey. A time of fun and laugher!!
PRAISE “My Quiet Time with God”: Sustaining a daily prayer time with God in our busy lives is a struggle.
Nancy presents a strategy to sustain a meaningful and consistent quiet time that opens our lives to discovering
the opportunities God has for us each day.
I feel like i have a new “sister in Christ!” Our women loved her! I think it is wonderful that they heard and are implementing her ideas. She has the sweetest spirit ever!
Teresa Stout, Women’s Ministry Coordinator/Trinity Baptist Church, Texarkana, AR
Her testimony was relevant to many of our women of all ages, including single moms, divorced women who have
remarried, those who have experienced childhood abuse, and those who were physically challenged. God used her spirit-filled, compassionate testimony to encourage us and to touch our lives in a very special way.
Dianne Johnson, Women’s Ministry/Central Baptist Church, North Little Rock, AR
Nancy is a wonderful speaker and it is apparent that God has a hand in her life. She was a great inspiration to our ladies. Nancy has a passion for God and it shows in her desire to please Him. I know it is not easy to open the curtain to the secret place of our lives for others to see so God may receive the glory. I would recommend her as an insoirational speaker and challenging leader of women.
Judy Spencer, Women’s Director/Second Baptist Church, Jacksonville, AR
